In addition, 18 years of searchable archives of BRW articles are available. Full access to all content on BRW.com.au is only available to BRW magazine print subscribers.

What are the various subscription options?

The subscription levels to choose from:

  • $235.00 for 1 year.
  • $423 for 2 years.
  • $18.80*# every 4 weeks.

Will I lose my BRW.com.au benefit if I cancel my print subscription?

Yes. Your access to BRW.com.au will cease when you cancel your print subscription to BRW.

Can I use my Fairfax Digital username and password to login to BRW.com.au?

No. You must register on BRW.com.au separately, unless you have an account on afr.com. In that case, you may use your afr.com username and password. Your username and password to Fairfax Digital will not give you access to BRW.com.au. However, to receive e-newsletters you will also need a Fairfax Digital membership: http://newsletters.afr.com/

My username keeps being rejected on the registration form, what’s wrong?

Your username must be 6 or more characters and have no spaces. If rejected, it may be that your username has been selected by another user. In this case, please try entering another username.

How do I subscribe?

For bulk orders of more than 10 subscriptions, please contact our Customer Service. Our Customer Service staff will contact you with the necessary information and processes for purchasing multiple subscriptions.

What is the difference between HTML and Text format for newsletters?

HTML email format displays both graphics and text, allowing for improved readability Most email systems enable this, however, some such as Hotmail and AOL don’t so you may need to select “Text” format. Some text version emails may not fit the URL on one line. If an error occurs when clicking on the link, please copy and paste the URL into your web address. How do I cancel my subscription?

Please contact Customer Service by phone on 1800 032 577 or by sending an email to fbmhelp@brw.fairfax.com.au at anytime to cancel your subscription. Your access to BRW.com.au will cease on the expiry date of your print subscription. Cancellations will only be accepted by telephone and email.

Billing & Payment

How do I pay for my monthly BRW subscription and how will I be billed?

Your BRW subscription auto-renews every 4 weeks, on your credit card. Your credit card will continue to be billed until you advise us that you would like to stop your subscription. Should you cancel your subscription, your access will expire on your next renewal date.

I don’t feel safe entering my personal details online.

Every effort is made to ensure that your transaction is secure and safe. Passwords and credit card details are transmitted in an encrypted form using industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your privacy. Information about how Fairfax Media handles your personal details is explained in our Privacy statement.

What if I don’t have a credit card?

It is possible to pay by cheque for your BRW subscription. Payment made by cheque must be for a 1-year or 2-year subscription to BRW. Cheques must be made payable to Fairfax Media and sent to:

Fairfax Business Media, Reply Paid 55, Melbourne, VIC 8060.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing once you have posted your cheque payment.

I would like a receipt for my subscription.

Tax Invoices are run automatically every week and customers should receive them within 2-3 weeks of their first magazine. For further enquiries, please contact Customer Service.

BRW connect

What is BRW connect?

BRWconnect is our subscriber loyalty program. Several times throughout the year, we will send out various subscriber offers. It is only available to print subscribers of BRW.

Am I eligible for BRW connect?

If you are a direct Fairfax subscriber to the print version of BRW, you will receive complimentary access to BRW.com.au and will receive our subscriber loyalty mailings known as BRWconnect.

Am I a direct subscriber?

If you have subscribed directly with Fairfax for BRW, you are a subscriber and will have a subscriber number. To become a Fairfax subscriber, see Subscribe. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service.

I’m a BRW subscriber, where do I find my subscriber number?

Your subscriber number is provided on all correspondence received from Fairfax Media. If you were previously registered as a BRW subscriber you would have received a letter in the post with your subscriber number, username and password. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service.

Managing My Account

What is My Account?

My Account allows you to update your details, upgrade or change your subscription.

I’ve forgotten my password. How do I get access to BRW.com.au?

It is important to enter your email address correctly when you register with BRW.com.au so that we can then email it to you when you have forgotten your password. Please select “Forgotten password?” under the login box.

How do I change my password?

Go to BRW.com.au to log in with your existing username and password. Select “My Account” then select “My Details”. Enter your old password, then type in your new password, and then select “Confirm changes”. Use your new password the next time you log in.

How do I change my email address?

Go to BRW.com.au to log in. Select “My Account” then select “My Details”. Delete your old email address then type in your new email address, then select “Confirm changes”. All communication shall be sent to your new email address.

How do I change my subscription option?

How do I subscribe/cancel Fairfax Digital e-newsletters?

Go to Newsletter page. Login with your Fairfax Digital username and password, and then select the newsletter/s you wish to subscribe, or deselect the newsletter you wish to unsubscribe from. Save your details. You must have a Fairfax Digital membership (free) to subscribe to the e-newsletters.

Archives

What Archives are available with my subscription?

You are able to search all BRW archives going back to 1989. The archive includes only editorial content it excludes photographs, charts or tables.

Can I purchase photos that appeared in BRW ?

All photographs are updated daily and available on Fairfax Photos website (fairfaxphotos.com.au). Alternatively, you can email fairfaxphotos@fairfax.com.au or call 1300 136 466.

Can I get a back copy of BRW ?

Back copies of BRW are available subject to availability. Please call Customer Service.

Fairfax also provides State Libraries with copies of our papers for use by the public. The libraries also archive publications on microfilm, CD-ROM and online. Limited research and document delivery services are also available for a nominal fee.

  • we will never ask you to enter your username, password or other details via an email. (phishing).
  • change your password regularly.
  • be wary of opportunities that seem ‘too good to be true’ when interacting with our site.
  • our sites do not endorse individual sellers or vendors.
